We apologize that it is not possible for Nature’s Ecstasy to provide the “Return Policy” due to the current Covid-19 Pandemic. For health and safety reasons of our staff, we avoid contact. And another reason for do not afford any returns on products because of the intimate nature of our business & the hygienic values of such items.
But we do provide you the exchange policy that gives you the option to exchange your purchased product from Nature’s Ecstasy. You should exchange your product within the exchange period provided on the product page. Your product will be exchanged if you have not used it and have preserved its original packaging and tags.
If you have received a damaged product then you should exchange your product within an exchange period & the product will be exchanged with minimum additional cost.
Wrong product received by you is able to exchange if the product is intact with its original label, unused, properly sealed & unopened packaging. After inspection of the condition of the product, we will able to exchange the product.
Exchanges of products are only acceptable for pin codes that are serviceable for an exchange.

On Nature’s Ecstasy website, to place your exchange request just contact our Customer Support team through email (support@naturesecstasy.com) within 5 business days of receiving the order.
Before placing an exchange request, please ensure that product is unused and has its intact condition with all tags and labels.
Kindly ensures that you have the exchanged item accessible with you at a similar address that has been chosen for delivery of the exchanged item.
Please share an image of the damaged product you received and the invoice for our reference.
When we get the image, the customer care will get in contact with the client, and after fundamental checks; our team starts the exchange process within 2-4 business days. The exchanged product should reach the customer in 7-10 business days.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel your order before being shipped by us. Once the product has been shipped to your address, we don’t provide any cancellation policy.
