Cedar Wood Essential Oil: Application & Benefits on Skin and Hair

Application on Skin:

• Dilute 1 to 2 drops of cedarwood oil to 1 to 2 tsp of carrier oil and apply on your face and neck. For best result apply it for 2 times a day

Benefits on Skin:

• It has calming properties that help in soothing sunburn, reduces redness and gives you a cooling effect
• Anti-inflammation properties that help in soothing skin irritation and reduce skin inflammation

Application on Hair:

• Dilute 2 to 3 drops of cedarwood essential oil with 3 tablespoons of carrier oil of your choice. Massage 10 minutes and leave it for 30 minutes. Rinse with a mild shampoo
• For best results: Use Cedar Wood oil with Coconut oil, Amla oil, Argan oil or Jojoba oil
• Add 1 drop of cedarwood oil to 1 tsp of shampoo and apply and rinse normally
