Sesame Carrier Oil: Application and Benefits on Hair and Skin
Application on Skin:
- Apply a small quantity of sesame oil directly on the skin or you can mix it with other skin products
- For body massage: Before bathing, apply warm sesame oil on the body and massage for 10 to 15 minutes and leave it for few minutes and take a bath
- For Acne: Directly apply on the acne and leave overnight
Benefits on Skin:

- Sesame oil is also used with other oils for better results. Add an equal amount of sesame oil and other carrier oil such as Coconut oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Amla Oil, or Neem Essential Oil and apply that mixture from hair roots to ends and massage well
